An eminent professional and educationist Mrs Subodh Kureel is the Vice-Principal, DIET Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh and has been working as Vice-Principal since July 2007. Prior to this she was working as Asst. Director-Literacy Directorate Uttar Pradesh and Reader College of teacher Education in Lucknow-UP. A post graduate in education, Mrs Subodh Kureel has vast experience of working in the field of education and believes that ICT plays a very critical role in education today. She has been part of many workshops focusing on teacher empowerment, ICT adoption in schools, to name a few. She is a great thinker who believes that in order to educate the young generation in the present scenario, the education providers i.e., teachers should also be regularly updated, trained and motivated. Only then there is a possibility to convert the young generation into responsible, confident and self-reliant youth of the country.
